The Thrive in France programme supports international students as they settle into life in France. Using positive psychology tools, participants learn to develop their wellbeing, build positive relationships and adapt to their new environment.

Who is it for?

International students arriving in France for their studies — regardless of their background or French level. The programme can be delivered in English or French.

“Integrating doesn’t mean erasing who you are. It means bringing the best of yourself into a new context.”
