Positive Change
A programme that combines positive psychology and sustainability to strengthen wellbeing, resilience and optimism while supporting your organisation’s CSR commitments.
About the programme
The Positive Change programme combines the principles of positive psychology with concrete actions in support of sustainability. It encourages employees to strengthen their wellbeing while adopting more responsible behaviours.
Who is it for?
Organisations wishing to combine employee wellbeing with a CSR approach. Particularly suited to teams undergoing transformation or ecological transition.
“Caring for your people and caring for the planet are not opposing goals — they reinforce each other.”
Lecturer and trainer for over 20 years, certified facilitator in several positive psychology programmes (CARE, Wayfinder, CBSM, P.E.A.C.E., EtuCare). Holds an MSc in Psychology (Derby University).
The programme takes a positive and engaging approach to ecological transition. Rather than relying on guilt or fear, it helps participants identify realistic actions suited to their lifestyle, encouraging lasting and motivating behaviour change.
Through themes such as food, consumption, energy, mobility, civic engagement and connection to nature, participants discover how their everyday choices can have a positive impact on the environment. They are supported in making gradual, concrete changes.
The programme also contributes to employee wellbeing through positive psychology practices such as gratitude, optimism, mindfulness, character strengths, positive relationships and meaning. This approach strengthens motivation, resilience and engagement while supporting the transition towards more sustainable behaviours.
Improved quality of working life and employee engagement.
Strengthen communication, cooperation and emotional intelligence.
Greater motivation and creativity for sustained collective performance.
