About the programme

The Flourishing Abroad programme is designed for students who are going abroad to study, work or complete an internship. Through interactive workshops, participants learn to experience their time abroad with greater ease and enrichment.

Who is it for?

Students going on international mobility (Erasmus, internships abroad, study stays). Can also be offered before departure or after returning home.

Lecturer and trainer for over 20 years, certified facilitator in several positive psychology programmes (CARE, Wayfinder, CBSM, P.E.A.C.E., EtuCare). Holds an MSc in Psychology (Derby University).

Participant training

Students take part in the workshops to develop the skills and resources that support successful adaptation, wellbeing and flourishing abroad.

Facilitator training Advanced

Participants complete the full programme and are trained to become facilitators, including teaching materials and ongoing support.
