About the programme

This programme combines positive psychology and English language learning to simultaneously develop wellbeing, psychosocial skills and language skills. Through interactive workshops and practical activities, participants discover positive psychology tools while practising English in a supportive and stimulating environment. They strengthen their confidence in communication, their ease in English and the psychological resources that support flourishing and wellbeing.

Lecturer and trainer for over 20 years, certified facilitator in several positive psychology programmes (CARE, Wayfinder, CBSM, P.E.A.C.E., EtuCare). Holds an MSc in Psychology (Derby University).
