MHFA (Mental Health First Aid). This training teaches how to provide initial support to young people experiencing the onset of mental health difficulties, the worsening of existing mental health conditions, or mental health crises.
ETUCARE is a mental health promotion programme for students, designed by psychologists and researchers in psychology, based on cognitive behavioural therapy and positive psychology.
CBSM (Cognitive Behavioral Stress Management) is a stress management programme based on cognitive and behavioural techniques combined with relaxation. It helps develop a wide range of psychosocial skills.
